To the writer whose wit I desperately tried to copy, [mis] read so many times, whose language and ideas eluded me when I was younger and still escape me until this time, may you find peace in that place where semiotics, signs, sintagms, meanings, and symbols come to a halt. And there’s just you and that great silence.
